The LPA Receivers team is fully focused on recovering as much debt as possible on behalf of the lender. Working closely with the Group's lettings branch network and its Lettings Support Centres, we make sure properties are tenanted and that rent is paid directly to the lender. Our NARA & RICS qualified LPA Receivers solely focus on the recovery of debt and income streams from the buy-to-let sector.
If the property needs to be sold, we can call upon the services of our asset manager AMG, to handle the sale. Clients are kept up to date on progress via access to our highly commended in-house case management system.
